Südtirolhaus is a company rich in tradition and a pioneer in timber construction. With a small, dedicated team, the company has always distinguished itself through quality, precision, and flexibility. In order to assert itself in an increasingly competitive market, a realignment was necessary. The goal was to reinforce the core values of Südtirolhaus to highlight more clearly, to address new target groups and to strengthen the brand as a leading provider of individual timber construction solutions.
Our goals
The aim of the project was to promote the brand Südtirolhaus to clearly position itself and highlight its unique selling points – high-quality materials, customized solutions, and close customer support. A modern, authentic brand identity was to be created that appeals to the target groups and establishes the company as a flexible, customer-oriented alternative in timber construction.
The challenge
The challenge was to make the most of the resources of a small team and develop a communication strategy that would reach both existing and new customers. At the same time, Südtirolhaus assert themselves in a highly competitive market with larger competitors without losing their approachable and authentic character.
Consulting and workshop
In an interactive workshop, we analyzed the existing challenges and opportunities. Topics included:
- The clear definition of the target groups (first-time builders, second-time builders, planners, carpentry companies).
- Identification of unique selling points: focus on flexibility, precision and superior quality.
- Concretization of the brand vision: “Joy instead of being overwhelmed when building a house” and the mission to make the construction process as pleasant as possible.
Branding
The existing branding has been carefully updated to better reflect the core values of precision, sincerity, customer focus and flexibility:
- Visual elements: The color palette and typography have been revised to convey a modern, accessible brand personality.
- brand communication: Clear messages such as “tailor-made solutions” and “education” were the focus.
Design and Communication
- Brochures and print materials: Adapting and optimizing content for different target groups.
- Website Design: Development of a clearly structured appearance that reflects the values of Südtirolhaus Functional advantages such as sustainability and quality were emphasized.
- Exhibition stand: Design of a modular exhibition stand that can be flexibly adapted to different events.
Website
A central component of the project was the development of a new website, which Südtirolhaus presented in a modern and inviting manner. The focus was on:
- Ease of use: Clear navigation and a well-organized structure that makes it easier for visitors to quickly find relevant information.
- Added value in terms of content: Target group-specific content that appeals to both first-time builders and experienced developers. This includes understandable explanations of timber construction, inspirational examples, and a transparent presentation of the range of services offered.
- Visual design: Bright, friendly colors, high-quality images and a reduced design that focuses on the projects and values of Südtirolhaus steers.
- See more advantages: Integration of a blog to provide valuable content and make the timber construction process more accessible to potential customers.
The website has become a central communication channel that not only strengthens the trust of the target group, but also the position of Südtirolhaus as an expert in timber construction.
